This immersive 8 session in person series blends yoga, breath-work, and mindfulness to reduce stress, build self-awareness, and foster emotional regulation. Designed for teens and young adults (ages 15–25), each session guides participants through grounding practices, movement, breath, and meditation. Offering practical tools to calm the nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with the body in a safe, empowering way.
