CARYN WILL DISCUSS HOW ONGOING CHANGES AND CHALLENGES RELATED TO THE PANDEMIC OVERLOAD OUR STRESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND INCREASE OUR RISK OF DEVELOPING PROBLEMS WITH ANXIETY AND AVOIDANT BEHAVIORS.PARENTS WILL LEARN HOW TO RECOGNIZE RISK FACTORS IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN, AND HOW USE EVIDENCED BASED TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES FROM THERAPY TO REDUCE PROBLEMS WITH ANXIETY AND AVOIDANCE AT HOME.
